Chelsea Campagna is a Senior Associate Lawyer with a focus on Property Law and Wills and Estates. With eight years post-qualification experience in the private legal sector, she excels in complex contract negotiation, client advocacy, and personalised estate planning solutions. Chelsea holds a double degree: Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Italian and International Relations, and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Deakin University. She has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in of Legal Practice from the Australian College of Law. Chelsea is passionate about providing strategic and practical legal advice, using a personalised and empathetic approach that enables clients to successfully navigate property transactions and estate planning with confidence and clarity. A people person at heart, Chelsea thrives on building strong relationships with her clients, fostering trust through clear communication and a genuine commitment to understanding their needs.

• Before joining the team at Sutton Laurence King, Chelsea worked with an immigration law firm based in New York City, where she successfully secured Visas for extraordinary individuals in the Arts, including internationally recognised Celebrity Chefs, Photographers, and Creative Producers.
• At Sutton Laurence King, Chelsea provides multi-jurisdictional legal services for property transactions across Australia, including Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, and Western Australia, offering tailored solutions for diverse legal landscapes.

Outside of work,  Chelsea enjoys cooking, travelling, continuing to study the Italian language, spending quality time with family and friends, and watching NBA games. She is also a passionate supporter of the Arts, frequently attending ballet performances and visiting art galleries.

Cale opt Hoog is an Associate in the Commercial Team with a focus on private lending, leasing and transactions. With 5 years of experience in commercial law, he excels in drafting transaction documents and facilitating completion of transactions. Cale holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and is passionate about building on his experience in commercial law.

Recent Career Highlights:

• Successful Supreme Court proceedings for the enforcement of a second mortgage – Financier Australia Holdings Pty Ltd v Zafar Property Group Pty Ltd & Ors.
• Prepared vendor finance loan documents and facilitated urgent drawdown to enable settlement of a $10 million property transaction.
• Acted on leasing matters for landlords (including shopping centres) and tenants, in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf (poorly) and catching up with friends (excellently).
