Linda McCarthy

Linda McCarthy is a Licensed Conveyancer with nearly 30 years experience in residential conveyancing, including 10 years focused primarily on off-the-plan sales for property developers, and has recently been working in the mortgage fulfillment space.

She believes that her energy, enthusiasm, and positivity are essential for success and prides herself on her ability to discover innovative solutions to practical problems.

Linda holds an advanced diploma in Conveyancing – Law and Practice from Macquarie University and is passionate about maintaining a fine balance between delivery timeframes and risk mitigation for her clients.

Recent Career Highlights:

• Unification of conveyancing and settlement processes across different states and teams
• Design and implementation of new workflows and governance processes to enable multiple offices to become paper-free
• Presenting to internal teams on VIC abolition of paper certificates of title

Outside of work, she enjoys AFL, archery and playing RPGs.
